Shipping Policy

So Nomadic Boutique is keen to ensure all of our customers are happy with their purchase. Our terms and conditions are simple and designed to deliver the best service possible.

Delivery

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 days. A confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number when your order has been shipped. You may also find the tracking number by signing into your My Account page and then viewing the order after it has been shipped.

We would generally advise that, if possible, you give a work address as most services only deliver between 9am and 5pm and may require a signature. If you are ordering for a specific occasion please allow 3-5 days for delivery within Europe and up to 10 days elsewhere.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. In most cases we use recorded delivery so you can track your order by logging into your account to access your postal tracking number which will also be emailed to you. 

Damages

Before we dispatch an order, we check all orders to make sure it’s up to our high standards, so damage is rare.

Upon delivery of your goods, you must inspect them for damage, then sign to advise they are in a satisfactory condition.  If you believe your order is deemed faulty then you should advise us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods via email with photographs of any fault. When the goods are received back and inspected we will arrange a refund of the cost of the order.

Customs or Import duties 

We have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import charges vary from country to country. These charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
