Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to cancel your order. Cancellation must be made in email. Our email address can be found below. All items must be returned to the address specified when we email you regarding a refund or return at your own cost. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the total value of the order excluding the cost of shipping to your country. We cannot accept liability for any communication that has not reached us and it is your responsibility to ensure we have received your cancellation request in time.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have made you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days from receipt. We will refund non sale items provided the item is returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition with the swing tag still intact and in the clear packaging it was sent in within 14 days of the buyer receiving it. 

Items on sale may be returned for an exchange only. 

If there is a scent of perfume or a mark on the item due to make-up or deodorant from trying on the item, the return will be refused and the item will be returned back to you. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returns procedures have not been followed.

Unfortunately for returns we cannot offer a refund on postage costs. In the interest of hygiene, hijabs and under caps will only be accepted for a return if they have not been worn/tried on.If there are any signs of wear it will be returned back to the purchaser. If an item being returned is not in the condition that it was when you first received it or is damaged in the slightest, we will not be able to award you a refund.

If any of the returns procedures have not been followed and we have to return the item back to you, a shipping fee will need to be paid.  The item will remain on hold until this fee is paid.

How do I return an Item?

Please email us on with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive a reply within 48 hours with further details on how to return the item. 

Select the reason code relevant to the item being returned – a list of reason codes can be found on our returns note that will be emailed to you once you request a return.

Enclose the slip in the parcel with your items, ensuring that the items are wrapped and the parcel sealed. 

Faulty or wrong item

If you receive a faulty or damaged item and you want to return by post you must email us at stating the order number and the reasons for wanting to return the item. On receipt of the email we will analyse the case and if appropriate, we will send you our return form and ask you to return the item to us.

If you receive an incorrect item you must email us at, stating the order number and the reasons for wanting to return the item. On receipt of the email we will advise you on the next step.

All Postal Returns

To ensure that goods are received by us safely you must wrap the item or items adequately and make sure they are sealed and ensure that the correct Returns address is clearly marked on the package.

Please note all shipping costs are incurred by the buyer. So Nomadic does not provide a shipping label and we will not reimburse the cost of return. The item is also your responsibility until it is delivered to us, we therefore recommend returned items to be sent in a form of signed tracked delivery. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  

How will I receive my refund? 

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same method used to make your purchase.

Can I return a sale item? 

Sale items may be returned for an exchange only.  Please ensure you are mindful when purchasing a sale item.  If you require more product and/or sizing information, please email on before purchasing.
