You have 7 days from the day of receipt to cancel your order. Cancellation must be made in email. Our email address can be found below. All items must be returned to the address specified when we email you regarding a refund or return at your own cost. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the total value of the order excluding the cost of shipping to your country. . We cannot accept liability for any communication that has not reached us and it is your responsibility to ensure we have received your cancellation request in time.
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have made you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days from receipt. The items must be in an unused condition and in it’s original packaging. We will offer a full refund upon receipt.
Unfortunately for returns we cannot offer a refund on postage costs. Some products will be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons - these items will be clearly marked on the website. If an item being returned is not in the condition that it was when you first received it or is damaged in the slightest, we will not be able to award you a refund.
Select the reason code relevant to the item being returned – a list of reason codes can be found on our returns note that will be emailed to you once you request a return.
Enclose the slip in the parcel with your items, ensuring that the items are wrapped and the parcel sealed.
Please note we do not offer refunds if the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or wrong item
If you receive a faulty or damaged item and you want to return by post you must email us at email@example.com stating the order number and the reasons for wanting to return the item. On receipt of the email we will analyse the case and if appropriate, we will send you our return form and ask you to return the item to us.
All Postal Returns
To ensure that goods are received by us safely you must wrap the item or items adequately and make sure they are sealed and ensure that the correct Returns address is clearly marked on the package.
You must ensure that you get a certificate of posting from your chosen delivery service as proof of postage. The certificate of posting is a free service available from all carriers.
